Data log
RapidREPAIR create a log of your devices as soon as we receive them. We will raise any immediate stock issues with you and ensure that what we have received is what you have provided. Once the stock has been confirmed and logged, and we are in agreement on how to proceed, Rapid Repair will progress with the repair and preparation of your device for resale.
CHECK
Initially, each device is independently checked. This includes visual and operational checks, identify any repair requirements to the physical structure of the device or the operational software. The first internal report on the device is created from this CHECK procedure.
TEST
Following on from the CHECK process, we will then comprehensively TEST each device and create a more granular in-depth report of the device, identifying any operational issues or software requirements. The CHECK and TEST reports show the status of the device and help ascertain the repair requirements and therefore costs involved.
WIPE
Following the comprehensive checking and testing of each device, RapidREPAIR perform a data erasure procedure to clear the device of all data. This meets with GDPR standards and the software used by RapidREPAIR is fully ADISA approved. Our WIPE software has been created in-house precisely for this service and is additionally used by device management businesses around the world, being considered as a leading technology in this field.

Unlocking
RapidREPAIR are authorised for the unlocking of devices, with an exclusivity on unlocking Vodafone handsets. When booking stock for audit with us, please identify if a device need unlocking as part of the RapidREPAIR service. We support all networks and use our own developed proprietary software for this. Our software is provided and used globally by other device management providers.
Certification
Each CHECK, TEST and WIPE procedure performed on a device by RapidREPAIR is recorded with a certification. This generates a pdf certificate for you to offer purchasers when selling your devices. The certificate assures the purchaser and adds kudos to your resale business.
Grading
When each device has been through our CHECK, TEST and WIPE process, the results then provide us with an accurate guide to the grading for each individual device. This helps in the resale of your device, giving an accurate representation of the handset to the purchasers.
