At RapidREPAIR we understand the importance of ensuring a device is professionally tested and repaired in preparation for resale.

For over 10 years, we have been repairing devices for the some of the largest multiple site establishments in the retail sector. Having repaired over 150,000 mobile devices within our Level 4 grade repair centre.

RapidREPAIR have unique checking and testing facilities, utilising our MobiWipe Version 1.0.0 software that has passed ADISA’s Product Claims Test. Our software technology has also been accepted by HM Government for use as an authorised G-Cloud service.

With our ADISA certified data WIPE facility, we comply with ICO data privacy and information rights to ensure devices managed by us on your behalf are GDPR compliant.

How we operate

Our engineers are Level 4 master technicians and this gives you the ultimate knowledge that your devices are being repaired and managed by professionals.

The RapidREPAIR facilities are situated in Ruislip, Middlesex, London, within a dedicated site specifically designed to process the end-to-end requirements of device repair and stock management.

Here at RapidREPAIR, the smartphones we sell have been Refurbished, Checked, Tested and data Wiped, all in-house, we do not out-source.

At RapidREPAIR, we advise that all repairs use OEM parts, but should you require a more economical repair of your device, we will advise on the best available patent parts that will provide a solution to meet your needs.

If you have placed stock for repair with us at RapidREPAIR, we are happy to discuss a purchase scheme with you, whereby we will purchase your stock. We will also be willing to discuss other resale options with you – please get in-touch and let us know your preferred requirements.
